How to explain what I’m seeking when I’m not entirely sure myself? I do know that I’m tired of spending my nights alone with no one to share my bed except my cats. Does this mean I want a LTR? I don’t think so. I think it just means that I’m tired of being alone. Would I walk away from true love if it came up and bit me? I doubt it, but I’m not going to hold my breath waiting for it either. Do I want to tie myself down to just one man? Not unless I actually feel like there is a chance of a true relationship, including the possibility of marriage and children. So where does that leave me? I guess it boils down to a friends with benefits relationship, or, dare I say it, actual commitment free dating. Someone to hang out with, go to dinner and a movie, or maybe head out to a bar and have a couple drinks with. What about doing some camping or heading out to the lake on days off? Maybe just hanging around the house watching dvds and talking. Of course, we can’t forget the occasional late night booty call as well, but I don’t want just a booty call. I want someone who stimulates me in more ways than just sexually. Someone who can challenge my mind, as well as my body. Basically, a true friend who, as an added bonus, I get to have sex with. Now that we have a general idea of the sort of relationships I’m looking for, maybe we should get down to my likes.
