I’m a simple guy who likes the simple things in life, my family and friends are very important to me and I am now looking for that extra special someone in my life.

My friend over my shoulder is making me type… I am apparently sweet, loyal, intelligent, sensitive, generous, caring… oh man, do I have to say all that! Apparently yes, as I cop a punch in the arm…

All my friends are now married, have kids or have moved away and I am getting over being the odd one out. I don’t get the opportunity to meet new people these days so it is time to try something new.

I am normally the shy and quiet type, until you get to know me or get me drunk (it only takes 2 beers), and then you’ll want me to be the shy and quiet type I have a great sense of humour and like to see people laugh.

I love stamp collecting, bird watching, gardening…. oh no hang on, that’s my grandad! Seriously… I actually like being involved in team sports, I enjoy the social and physical aspect, and would hope that you would be into sports too. I love hanging out with friends and having a good laugh. Not into clubbing, I’ll dance if I have to… (but be warned, I taught Rick Astley everything he knows).

After getting the taste of travelling a few years ago, I really want to get out there and explore the world, and it would be so much better if I had a partner in crime to go with.

I am interested in a person that is genuine, funny, caring, low maintenance and like-minded.
